Responsibilities and Duties * Develop web applications (with focus on front-end), adhering to architectural standards, security requirements, and software development best practices (SSDLC, Agile/Scrum); * Respond to internal service tickets and requests by analyzing issues, proposing solutions, and implementing systemic fixes; * Conduct studies, assessments, and diagnostics on market systems (e.g., Protheus and SAP B1 ERPs); * Following assessments, perform configurations, parameterizations, and adjustments as required, in accordance with business rules; * Support implementation of new modules, features, and routines, ensuring alignment with company processes; * Lead technical and functional requirement gathering sessions with business areas (Finance, Tax, Accounting, Sales, Logistics, and HR); * Map and document systemic processes, workflows, and system integrations; * Assist in analyzing and executing improvements, simple customizations, and automations; * Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and deployment monitoring; * Create and maintain SQL queries, views, and operational reports; * Troubleshoot integrations (APIs, services, middleware), identifying solutions and improvement opportunities; * Support key users and managers with operational questions regarding the ERP; * Participate in periodic meetings with the Technology and Innovation team; * Prepare progress reports on tasks, risks, and deliverables; * Contribute to PP&C’s digital transformation, continuous improvement, and automation initiatives. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in systems analysis and support, including parameterization and routine configuration across core modules (Finance, Billing, Procurement, Inventory, Tax, or Accounting); * Intermediate-level SQL knowledge; * Experience with technical documentation, BPM, and flowcharts; * Strong analytical skills; * Organized; * Committed; * Proactive. 2512040202181900641
