The candidate will work at the 25 de Janeiro unit. You will interact with internal departments and third-party companies. You will have administrative responsibilities and field visits, including technical support to third-party teams and supervision of construction works. **What you will do:** In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and supervising medium-complexity technical activities related to electric power distribution, ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the medium- and low-voltage distribution network in accordance with technical, regulatory, and safety standards. You will also monitor outsourced construction projects and ensure compliance with design specifications and applicable standards. You will conduct on-site interactions when necessary, maintaining ethical and professional conduct. You must be able to interpret electrical schematics, network diagrams, sketches, and topographic plans. **What we expect from you:** Completed Technical Course in Electrotechnics or Electricity Knowledge of overhead and underground networks, protection systems, and reclosing systems. A technician with solid field experience in electric power distribution system operations, with emphasis on medium- and low-voltage overhead and underground networks. Experience working outdoors, with availability for shift work, rotating schedules, and adverse conditions if required. Committed to safety, supply continuity, and maintaining positive relationships with customers and multidisciplinary teams.
