Where You Will Make a Difference * Develop and execute account plans for global, regional, or category-specific customers. * Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, contracts, payment terms, cost-saving agreements). * Build multi-level, cross-functional relationships with key customer stakeholders. * Monitor KPIs and ensure commercial targets are met. * Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across all interactions with IFF. * Coordinate internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Regulatory) to ensure aligned deliveries. * Promote portfolio solutions aligned with both company strategy and customer needs. * Manage monthly sales forecasts and financial analyses. * Conduct post-project reviews of wins and losses. * Influence client briefings and lead commercial meetings with stakeholders. * Ensure regulatory compliance and timely updates to internal systems. * Monitor competitors, market trends, and innovation opportunities. * Defend and expand existing accounts while prospecting new business opportunities. What Makes You the Ideal Candidate * 3–5 years of experience in sales, product development, or marketing—preferably in food, FMCG, ingredients, or chemical industries. * Analytical mindset with strong understanding of financial concepts (pricing, margin, forecasting). * Knowledge of product development, consumer behavior, and market trends. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration. * Fluent English and ability to operate effectively in multicultural environments. * Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Engineering, or related fields preferred.
