The professional will assist in creating, organizing, and maintaining product documentation, as well as collaborate in collecting and organizing basic metrics in spreadsheets and dashboards. They will also participate in brainstorming sessions, reference research, and documentation of ideas and concepts. There will be participation in agile ceremonies such as dailies and retrospectives, with support in meeting organization, decision logging, and board maintenance. The role includes supporting market research, data collection, feedback organization, and observation of interviews. Additionally, the assistant will contribute to identifying simple improvements, documenting issues, and supporting continuous product improvement.
