




Construction Coordinator #1278 **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure supervisors fulfill their duties according to their respective roles—even remotely—including work scheduling, daily site logs, equipment and vehicle maintenance (ensuring organization, cleanliness, and safe, correct usage at contract sites), compliance with safety regulations and company-established procedures; * Coordinate with contracts and construction teams to identify those requiring support for routine tasks, training needs, working-hour compliance, information requirements, or equipment needs; * Maintain constant communication with our Commercial Manager, Executive Management, and Contract Managers at client sites to ensure customer satisfaction levels remain aligned; * Manage contracts proactively to prevent operational disruptions and ensure compliance with Labor Legislation, Occupational Safety, and Health regulations; * Comply with—and enforce compliance with—requirements and needs from other departments, ensuring internal and legal procedures are fulfilled within agreed deadlines; * Optimize the supervisor team’s travel schedule for visits to Gardens, Social Clubs, and Football Clubs to support new client prospecting; * Participate in handover meetings for revitalization projects to identify risk factors that could lead to operational failure or non-conformities; * Participate in handover meetings for “command” / revitalization services to identify risk factors that may cause client dissatisfaction or operational failure; * Proactively anticipate and prevent incidents that could compromise our credibility with clients; * Monitor administrative and material requirements together with Supervisors, the Procurement Department, and the Workshop; * Develop and implement training plans for construction staff, including cross-training and performance evaluations; * Ensure proper care and appropriate use of company equipment and vehicles. **MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:** * Degree in Agronomy Engineering; * Proficiency in AutoCAD (preferred), Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience leading construction projects (more operational than administrative), preferably in sports turf; * Residence in Mogi das Cruzes/Region or willingness to relocate; * Availability for frequent travel. **BENEFITS OFFERED BY THE COMPANY:** * Salary: R$ 9,000.00 to R$ 10,000.00 * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Food Basket Allowance * Meal Benefit Work Location: Mogi das Cruzes/SP Employment Type: CLT or PJ Working Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
