Responsibilities and Duties * Supervise the company's operational activities, ensuring efficiency and quality in processes. * Plan and assign tasks to the team, ensuring deadlines and goals are met. * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, costs, quality, safety). * Implement continuous improvements in operational processes. * Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulations, and safety policies. * Support integration among departments such as logistics, production, maintenance, and customer service. * Train and develop employees, promoting engagement and capability building. * Prepare management reports and support coordination/management decision-making. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields (or technical diploma with solid experience). * Prior experience in operational supervision or team leadership. * Knowledge of performance indicators and management tools. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Strong communication and leadership skills. Desirable Qualifications * Postgraduate degree or specialized courses in Operations Management or Logistics. * Experience in medium- or large-sized companies. * Proactivity and ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
