Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and create (as needed) the Project Supervision controls, directly contributing to indicator dashboard development and maintenance of existing controls; * Facilitate alignment and process improvement meetings with the team when necessary; * Provide the Supervision area with required data to improve processes, ensuring quality, continuous improvement of service providers and internal teams; * Monitor and analyze Supervision indicators, providing reflections and analyses when required; * Support the Regulatory area with information and technical knowledge, assisting in drafting responses to official letters from ANEEL, AGEMS, and others; * Extract, format, and analyze information for technical purposes; * Contribute to the development of the entire technical team and temporary staff (apprentices and interns); * Assist in gathering information required for R&D project development; * Ensure organization and preservation of the workplace, materials, documentation, equipment, tools, and vehicles under your responsibility, as well as other company assets; * Know, comply with, disseminate, and apply current technical, environmental, social responsibility, and Occupational Health and Safety procedures and standards; * Support implementation of new technological solutions, providing technical assistance (methodology, coherence, and usage) to promote integration of Engineering’s information systems; * Perform all activities strictly in accordance with sustainability policies and standards and procedures established under the SGIS framework; * Manage Special Projects and Business Plan Projects; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Current position: Analyst; * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration / Engineering / Economics / Accounting or related fields; * Advanced Office Suite (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), databases, and automation and process improvement tools. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with current sector legislation (e.g., PRODIST Resolution 1,000); * Knowledge of company technical standards; * Knowledge of Distribution Network Project Development Process. **Additional Information** People are our greatest ENERGY.
