About the Position: We are seeking an Administrative Commercial Assistant with a commercial profile and results orientation, combining agility and organization to execute administrative and commercial tasks at the Vila Bandeirantes hub. This role is essential to ensuring the unit’s daily operations—from opening and closing procedures to routine management—aiming for outstanding student service. Main Responsibilities: - Proactively generate new leads through active outreach and commercial initiatives. - Provide in-person and online student support during engagement and enrollment renewal processes. - Offer administrative support to the hub manager, assisting in organizing and executing daily tasks. - Assist students in using the computer lab, providing basic technical support. - Manage the hub’s daily routine, including monitoring opening/closing times and service flow. - Promote and disseminate recruitment campaigns, Google reviews, and enrollment renewals.
