We seek someone responsible, organized, and willing to carry out diverse tasks to ensure the proper functioning of internal and external areas. **Responsibilities:** * Perform general cleaning of internal and external areas. * Daily removal of garbage. * Maintain gardens (watering plants, basic pruning, and conservation). * Carry out minor repairs when necessary. * Perform basic painting tasks when necessary. * Maintain organization and conservation of common areas. * Organize and manage cleaning supplies and equipment. * Others **Requirements:** * No prior experience or prior experience in general services (**a plus**). * Basic knowledge of maintenance, gardening, and painting. * Responsibility, proactivity, and punctuality. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Employment Type:** * **CLT – 44 hours per week** **Benefits:** * **Transportation allowance** * **Market-competitive salary** Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.700,00 \- R$2\.220,00 per month Benefits: * Vale\-transporte
