Opportunity in a dynamic operational environment **Responsibilities** * Implement and maintain management system tools through program monitoring * and employee training. * Support the development and maintenance process of management systems by gathering information and feedback to evaluate implemented programs and procedures. * Collect and track data for indicator development. * Keep spreadsheets and control tools up to date. * Document and audit administrative processes. * Monitor cafeteria and kitchen operations, asset security, civil maintenance, air conditioning units, cleaning, conservation, and facility maintenance to support various company departments. * Perform measurements related to service contracts. * Develop procedures relevant to the assigned area. * Contribute to continuous process improvement through data analysis. * Assist in performing other activities related to the assigned area. * Contribute to team motivation and performance improvement. * Carry out activities in accordance with Health, Occupational Safety, and Environmental regulations and procedures. **Education** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields** * Complementary courses in **Human Resources Department/Labor Legislation** are desirable **Technical Knowledge (HR Department)** * Knowledge of **Human Resources Department routines**, including: * + Hiring and termination (documentation, verification, deadlines) + Timekeeping control (handling, adjustments, closing) + Vacation management + Benefit administration (transportation allowance, meal allowance, accommodation, etc.) * Basic understanding of **labor legislation (CLT)** * Experience handling **high-volume hiring processes** (preferred) * Support in **onboarding new employees** * Knowledge of **eSocial** is considered a plus **Systems and Tools** * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**, especially Excel (data control, spreadsheets, reports) * Experience with **ERP systems (e.g., TOTVS/RM)** is a plus * Aptitude for administrative systems and controls **Administrative Support Routines** * Organization and control of physical and digital documents * Support for administrative requests from the unit * Interface with departments such as Corporate HR, SESMT, and operational leaders * Control of information related to employee accommodation and relocation (where applicable) **Behavioral Competencies** * **Organization and attention to detail** (essential for HR Department) * **Sense of urgency and deadline adherence** * **Discretion and confidentiality** regarding sensitive information * Strong **communication skills** and ability to interact with operational staff * **Proactivity and autonomy** in managing tasks * Ability to work under pressure and handle high workloads **Operational Requirements** * Availability to work at an **operational unit (UPC)** * Availability for a dynamic routine and field-related requests * Willingness to reside in company-provided accommodation according to the operational schedule * Prior experience in industrial, forestry, or operational environments is desirable
