Job Summary: As a Software Engineer - Go, you will design and scale innovative and secure systems to democratize e-commerce and financial services across Latin America. Key Highlights: 1. Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and being **responsible for:** * Designing and building solutions that automate and simplify the daily routines of representatives and developers. * Reducing cognitive load on teams, enabling focus on customer experience and optimizing workflows. * Exploring and implementing GenAI tools, agents, and intelligent integrations to create more efficient and personalized workflows. * Designing and architecting reusable, scalable, and high-performance components. * Conducting pair programming and code reviews, promoting continuous improvement, proposing technical enhancements, authoring RFCs, and leading technically impactful initiatives. * Collaborating synergistically with Backend, Product, and Design teams to deliver 360° solutions to the ecosystem. **What we’re looking for in you?** * Demonstrated solid backend development experience with Golang. * Experience with relational and non-relational databases, messaging and streaming tools. * Proficiency in GraphQL, Docker, and observability tools such as Datadog and Grafana. * Experience working with agile methodologies and version control using Git. * Ability to analyze metrics and logs, detect degradations, make data-driven technical decisions, and collaborate proactively with impact-oriented mindset. * Fullstack development experience using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript is a plus. **Are you excited to leave your mark on Latin America’s technology landscape?** Apply now and join our mission!
