Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and being **responsible for:** * Participating in designing architectures for our solutions — whether building something new, developing a proof of concept, or deeply analyzing and solving a problem. * Programming, designing, and providing support — primarily in Kotlin and Java — while acting as the owner of your code, since we take ownership seriously. * Identifying and proposing best practices, participating in project definition, code reviews, testing, and maintenance. * Participating in all phases of high-impact product design — analyzing requirements, proposing, and developing solutions that add value to both technical and business areas. * Proposing and developing solutions that add value to technical and business areas, collaborating on defining layouts for our products. **Requirements:** * Experience developing software in high-performing teams. * Knowledge of open-source programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, and Go. * Familiarity with technologies including Cloud Computing, Docker, relational databases, and NoSQL. * Knowledge of distributed architectures, cloud environments (AWS and GCP), microservices, as well as SOLID, Clean Architecture, Event-Driven design, and development best practices. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communication abilities, knowledge sharing, and teamwork (inclusive decision-making). **Are you excited to leave your mark on Latin America’s technology landscape?** Apply now and join our mission!
