Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and being **responsible for**: * Prioritizing tasks and helping your client area organize data-related demands according to data best practices. * Developing and optimizing data pipelines and ETL processes, ensuring scalability and performance. * Operating in high-traffic, high-availability environments, guaranteeing data integrity and reliability. * Analyzing and structuring large volumes of data to support the company’s strategic decisions. * Ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance—documenting processes and applying best practices. * Solving complex problems and proposing continuous improvements for efficiency and automation. **What we’re looking for:** * Advanced experience with SQL and relational and non-relational databases. * Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and transformation. * Knowledge of data architecture and engineering best practices (modeling, partitioning, optimization). * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and code versioning (Git). * Strong analytical capability for data exploration, visualization, and storytelling to support decision-making. * Experience leading complex data projects, ensuring seamless integration and efficient delivery to business areas.
