Come be strong—come be Fortbras! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage, monitor, and evaluate employees based on individual and team performance; * Provide technical and operational support to departments; * Handle personnel-related matters (timekeeping, vacations, promotions, hiring, dismissals, etc.); * Maintain a motivated team focused on pre-established goals; * Serve, advise, and provide solutions to customers, while supervising customer service and sales activities; * Analyze branch management reports and assess product pricing in competing markets, purchasing needs for high-demand items, and opportunities to increase profit margins; * Manage and control store sales inventory (damaged goods, delivery delays, and lost products); * Prospect new partnerships and visit customers. * Train new employees for existing roles within the branch. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Experience managing processes and teams; * Experience in the retail sector.
