Job Summary: The Apprentice will assist with company activities, providing support across various departments and gaining practical experience in a meat processing plant environment, developing competencies and preparing for the job market. Preparation for future job market opportunities **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Availability to work 6 hours daily, Monday through Friday **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * The Apprentice will be responsible for assisting with company activities, providing support to various departments and acquiring practical work experience in a meat processing plant; * Will have the opportunity to learn about company operations, develop technical and behavioral competencies, and prepare\-self for future job market opportunities; * Assist in food preparation and processing, following hygiene and food safety standards; * Participate in training and development programs offered by the company; * Develop teamwork and communication skills. **Requirements:** * Age range: 18 to 23 years old; * Currently enrolled in or completed the 3rd year of high school; * Availability to work during morning shifts; * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * **Candidates from Peixoto de Azevedo and Matupá/MT are welcome.** **Work Location:** Matupá/MT **Benefits:** Meal provided on site, Life Insurance, Transportation to the company, Meal Allowance
