Job Description The position seeks a Regional Consortium Manager to lead operations and teams at our unit located in Cuiabá, MT. The professional will be responsible for strategic management of consortium sales performance, development of commercial strategies, target monitoring, and sales team training. It will be necessary to analyze KPIs, identify market opportunities, and ensure excellence in customer relationship management. This is a full-time, on-site position. Qualifications Team and Process Management: Proven experience leading sales teams, with emphasis on process management, staff development, and motivation. Consortium Knowledge: Practical knowledge of consortium products and related sales strategies. Planning and Results: Ability to develop effective commercial strategies, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and achieve results. Customer Relationship: Experience building and managing trust-based relationships with customers. Certification or prior experience in commercial management, administration, or related fields is considered an advantage, as is the ability to rapidly adapt to market changes. Commercial Management Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase consortium sales. Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual unit/team targets. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, conversion rate, average transaction value, and profitability. Design commercial campaigns, external initiatives, and prospecting strategies. Manage the sales funnel and track strategic negotiations. Identify market opportunities and new areas of operation. Directly handle highly complex negotiations and manage relationships with strategic customers. Monitor competition and trends within the consortium segment.
