Sorriso, MT Company accepts applications from Sorriso and nearby cities Assistant/ Operational To be agreed upon CLT employment regime Job Details **Required Qualifications:** Agricultural Machinery Operation course preferred; Forklift Operator course; Knowledge of grain classification, drying, and grain storage (warehouse). **Responsibilities:** Operate stages of the production process using machinery and equipment, control panels, levers, and other tools or systems, aiming to achieve operational results and meet deadlines. Ensure quality of received, processed, or produced goods by conducting appropriate tests and inspections, recording and reporting failures or deviations from expected standards. Perform calibration and adjustment of production process systems, instruments, machines, and equipment to enhance efficiency and productivity. Conduct daily visual inspections of equipment and control panels—including belts, cables, gears, tires, valves, pistons, rollers, grates, controls, sensors, etc.—and report any functional deviations or signs of wear. Carry out procedures outlined in the equipment’s preventive maintenance plan, and also support corrective maintenance, assembly, and disassembly of equipment when necessary. Maintain control and record of performed operations according to established norms, procedures, and executed processes. Perform cleaning and preservation of machinery and equipment using appropriate tools and products to extend asset lifespan and ensure asset preservation.
