Job Summary: Perform services and conduct quality testing to satisfy customers, contributing to the productivity of technical assistance and carrying out vehicle assembly and inspections. Focus on customer satisfaction and proactivity Perform services within established vehicle delivery deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction; conduct quality testing to support the productivity of the technical assistance department. **Unit: Cometa Volkswagen.****\=** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Perform work and all process development in pairs; * Receive and guide customers regarding the operating conditions of vehicle components and systems, preventive maintenance, and services performed; * Assemble and inspect motorcycle accessory delivery and installation in accordance with the manufacturer's manual; * Clean motorcycles as specified in the service order (OS) and procedures defined by the manufacturer and dealership.
