At Touch Health, Requirements Analysts collaborate with engineers, designers, implementation analysts, and UX specialists to design and build innovative solutions. Our Requirements Analysts are exposed to diverse situations and have autonomy to propose and discuss solutions within a collaborative, customer-value-focused environment. Responsibilities Gather and analyze operational requirements during projects; Define and document business rule requirements and customer needs; Prototype and present solutions to customers and internal teams; Map resource requirements—both anticipated and ad hoc; Conduct and participate in meetings to understand, elicit, and/or present business needs, stakeholder requirements, and functional and non-functional system characteristics; Ensure business requirements are implemented in the most appropriate way for both customers and the team, respecting their specific characteristics.
