Experience in backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET) and REST/GraphQL APIs. Integration with AI/LLM services (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Hugging Face, or similar). Foundational knowledge of AI/ML (models, inference, limitations, cost, and performance). Relational and NoSQL databases. Automated testing (unit and integration tests) and engineering best practices (clean code, Git version control).
