Responsibilities and Duties Act as the “owner” of services/projects, serving as the accountable party and maintaining relationships across involved areas (customers and other TOTVS departments) to enable resolution of project/service issues and address continuous process improvements; Ensure transparent communication of service/project results and issues to stakeholders through meetings, presentations, and status reports; Guide TOTVERS assigned to the project(s)/service(s) under responsibility, ensuring ongoing feedback, activity execution guidance, and continuous career development for the team; Ensure application of the TOTVS Agile model in project/portfolio implementation and management, as well as proper use of supporting tools and internal processes per TOTVS policies and procedures; Maintain consistent external customer relationships, collecting formal and informal feedback to understand satisfaction levels and improvement points, and work toward continuous improvement and enhanced customer satisfaction; Monitor resource allocation levels within the unit, aiming to reduce idle time and develop strategies to optimize and increase chargeability; Promote and lead improvements in internal processes and procedures across the unit and TOTVS to enhance quality, efficiency, and team development; Track unit performance indicators and ensure achievement of portfolio-related targets, conducting monitoring and preventive actions to guarantee goal attainment; Identify market opportunities to develop solutions and prepare the team to meet customer demands, aligned with the Director, Product Manager, Tribe, and Product Owner of the segment. Requirements and Qualifications Key Lean-Agile practices (e.g., Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.) — applied knowledge; Facilitation techniques; Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Lean Inception, or equivalent methodologies; Project Management; Budget Management; Negotiation and Conflict Management; Customer Portfolio Management focused on software; Management 3.0 — certified facilitator; 5–6 years of hands-on project management experience.
