Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Owner to work on the development and evolution of a mobile application and an administrative dashboard, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear functionalities aligned with the development team. Define acceptance criteria and support testing We are looking for a Product Owner (PO) to contribute to the development and evolution of our mobile application and internal administrative dashboard, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear, prioritized, and development-team-aligned functionalities. This professional will be responsible for managing the product backlog, defining priorities, validating deliveries, and tracking feature evolution, working closely with technology, design, and stakeholder teams. **Responsibilities:** Manage and prioritize the product backlog (new features, improvements, and bug fixes). Translate business needs into clear and well-defined user stories. Monitor the development of the mobile application and internal administrative dashboard. Participate in agile ceremonies—such as planning, refinement, and reviews—with the development team. Validate delivered functionalities, ensuring adherence to defined requirements. Define acceptance criteria and support testing of developed functionalities. Identify opportunities to improve user experience. Track metrics and outcomes of launched functionalities. Collaborate with design, technology, and business teams to ensure strategic alignment. **Requirements:** Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role. Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban). Experience in backlog management and product roadmap prioritization. Strong communication skills for interaction with technical teams and stakeholders. Analytical ability to make data-driven decisions. **Nice-to-Haves:** Basic JavaScript knowledge to understand product technical flows. Familiarity with MySQL for simple database queries. Experience using Postman for API testing. Experience with mobile products and administrative dashboards. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar. Knowledge of UX/UI and user journey.
