Ready for a career that delivers more? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Create wireframes, user flows, customer journeys, and low- and high-fidelity prototypes. * Ensure best practices in usability, accessibility, and consistency with the Design System. * Facilitate co-creation sessions and actively collaborate with product, development, and other business areas. * Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, translating findings into actionable insights. * Document discoveries, decisions, and deliverables clearly and systematically. * Use data and track metrics to support decisions and advocate for the user’s voice in product discussions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Design or related fields. * Proven experience as a Product Designer (end-to-end process). * Solid knowledge of Figma and prototyping tools. * Experience working in agile teams and continuous discovery + delivery cycles. * Excellent communication, organization, and argumentation skills. * Analytical mindset and ability to solve problems in a structured way. **Additional Information** * Experience with payment methods, banking, or financial products. * Familiarity with Adobe, Maze, Google Analytics, and Power BI. * Basic/intermediate English proficiency.
