Supporting and guiding new employees **Brief Description:** Performs tasks with greater autonomy, able to analyze situations, propose improvements, and manage deliverables responsibly. Actively contributes to teamwork, possesses an integrated and intermediate understanding of processes, requiring only occasional supervision. Demonstrates mastery of machine operational routines and works autonomously. Performs simple adjustments, monitors product quality, records production information, and supports new employees—ensuring smooth operation, stability, and safety of the production line. All duties inherent to this position must follow the guidance of the area manager. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and operate the machine, adjusting parameters according to the product. * Feed the machine and monitor in-line product quality. * Perform minor technical adjustments and basic equipment maintenance. * Complete production records with relevant data. * Support and guide novice operators, promoting best practices. * Comply with company technical standards and procedures. * Support updates and development of all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the area, together with the immediate supervisor and the Quality Department. * Identify discrepancies and their immediate causes (What?) and suggest an effective action plan to prevent recurrence (How?), thereby promoting continuous process improvement. * Identify process discrepancies and escalate improvement opportunities to the direct manager. * Perform other related, but not explicitly listed, tasks as directed by the area manager. * Comply with institutional norms and procedures. **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma. * Field of Study: Not applicable. * Postgraduate Degree: Not applicable. * Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. * Computer Skills: Microsoft Office – Basic level. * Languages: Not applicable. * People Management: Teamwork skills.
