Official job title for this position: Implementation and Services Analyst I **Responsibilities:** *ATM Deployment Project Management* * Plan and monitor deployment, relocation, and decommissioning schedules for ATMs; * Collaborate with executing teams to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards; * Monitor deviations and propose action plans to mitigate impacts; * Negotiate timelines and priorities with internal and external stakeholders. *Indicators and Performance* * Develop and update management indicators for project tracking; * Consolidate data and prepare executive reports; * Present implementation results and status updates to partner departments. *Continuous Improvement* * Identify opportunities to optimize deployment workflows; * Propose systemic and operational improvements; * Support validation of new functionalities in ATM Manager. *Strategic Distribution Planning* * Monitor ATM allocation and distribution to regional warehouses; * Ensure compliance with monthly activation targets. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field; * Experience in monitoring operational projects or deployments; * Experience developing indicators, management reports, and executive presentations; * Experience controlling and monitoring schedules. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (database management, data consolidation, and analysis); * Schedule control tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner, Monday, Smartsheet, or similar); * Presentation and reporting tools (PowerPoint or similar); * Familiarity with incident management systems or operational tracking platforms is desirable. **Additional Information:** * Compensation: BRL 4,345.12 (CLT) * Benefits: Meal Voucher (VR), Transportation Voucher (VT), Amil Health and Dental Insurance, Life Insurance. * Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday; * Work Model: Hybrid; * Location: Barra Funda.
