**Join us as a Cost Coordinator for Logistics** **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** Be responsible for the **strategic and operational management of logistics costs in Brazil**, ensuring financial control over **Distribution, Warehouse & Transportation**, through budget administration, provisions, and postings to cost centers. This role aims to ensure accurate monthly closing forecasts, promote detailed performance analyses and discussions to identify cost reduction opportunities, lead continuous improvement projects, and manage the Cost team. We invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Budget management & annual financial plan reviews for Distribution Cost Brazil; * Management of postings, provisions, and movements in the appropriate Cost Centers for Warehouse & Transportation cost lines in Brazil; * Monthly cost closing forecasts based on actual costs, provisions, and projections; * Facilitate performance discussions, aligned with the Performance team, to identify cost reduction opportunities; * Conduct in-depth analyses of cost lines, including proper breakdowns and allocations, to support appropriate decision-making for each logistics cost line; * Identify, quantify, and provision freight cost inconsistencies and irregularities, and collaborate with stakeholders to reduce such deviations; * Ensure execution of the financial plan review calendar, aligned with the LOP and Finance teams; * Manage continuous improvement projects and oversee the Cost team. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Experience in Logistics Finance (P&L, forecasting); * Experience in annual budget management and reviews; * Experience managing teams; * Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUM, Pivot Tables); * English proficiency with conversational fluency; * Willingness to work onsite twice per week in Louveira. **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making; * Knowledge of the region and customers; * Spanish.
