Job Summary: A professional responsible for cleaning, organizing, and sanitizing kitchens, dining areas, and restrooms, ensuring functional and safe environments. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining hygiene and organization in kitchen environments. 2. Supporting the team to ensure readiness for food preparation. 3. Ensuring cleanliness and safety in the dining area and common spaces. **In the Kitchen:** * **Wash, dry, and organize** dishes, utensils, and equipment efficiently. * Keep **sinks, countertops, and washing areas** consistently clean and functional. * **Support the kitchen team**, keeping everything prepared and ready for food preparation. * Perform **daily cleaning** of equipment such as stoves, griddles, ovens, hoods, and dishwashers. * Carry out **technical cleaning** of grease traps, grates, and surfaces. * **Store cleaning supplies** properly. **In the Dining Area:** * **Assist waitstaff and service personnel** with cleaning tables, chairs, and floors. * Ensure the dining area remains **clean, organized, and safe** for everyone at all times. * **Collect and dispose of waste** correctly in both indoor and outdoor areas. * Focus on **prevention**, avoiding accidents caused by wet floors or debris. **Restrooms (where applicable):** * **Sanitize** toilets, sinks, and floors frequently and thoroughly. * **Restock supplies** such as toilet paper, soap, and towels as needed. * Keep restrooms **clean, organized, and odor-free** throughout the day.
