Develop and monitor the annual training schedule, ensuring compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001 and 45001\). Organize training records, evidence, and metrics for internal and external audits. Conduct recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees). Create, plan, and execute internal marketing initiatives, internal campaigns, commemorative dates, and employee engagement programs.
