Identify customer needs and offer optimal optical product solutions. Prospect customers via renewal, after-sales, and relationship-building initiatives. Conduct customer service via WhatsApp and social media. Organize the store and ensure excellent product presentation. Prepare and submit performance reports. Contribute to achieving commercial targets and KPIs. Previous experience as an Optics Specialist, Optical Sales Consultant, Optical Analyst, or Optical Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
