




Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and implementing personnel training and development programs, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with institutional objectives, as well as onboarding new employees and administering the scholarship program. Administer scholarship programs Description: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration; * Knowledge of standard training procedures is required; * Prior experience in this role is desirable; * Conduct training and development needs assessments, analyze actual requirements, and propose targeted training initiatives to control expenditures on training not aligned with institutional objectives; * Support institutional units in internal training programs by arranging registrations, notifications, venues, instructors, and supporting materials; * Deliver and facilitate training sessions to reach more employees and reduce training costs; * Evaluate training outcomes and application with requestors to measure effectiveness and learning implementation; * Conduct onboarding for new employees and refresher training for existing ones, clarifying institutional policies, HR policies, mission, vision, and values so that employees understand their rights and responsibilities; * Administer the existing scholarship program, monitoring paid monthly installments, employee attendance, and academic performance to ensure contractual compliance; * Perform other duties relevant to this position. 2511260202401874344
