Human Resources (Operational HR) Management * Documentation Control: Organize, archive, and maintain up-to-date employee documentation (hiring, termination, vacation, etc.). * Timekeeping and Benefits Control: Manage and verify electronic timekeeping records and assist in administering and distributing benefits. * Support to Payroll and HR: Serve as the communication link between local operations and the centralized Payroll Department, supporting all related processes. Conduct onboarding for new employees and replicate training sessions. Financial and Accounts Processes * Accounts Control: Manage and record accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance and payment deadlines. * Operational Cash Flow: Assist in verifying daily cash movements and preparing basic financial flow reports for management. * Invoice Entry: Enter and organize invoices and fiscal documents into the system.
