Vice Presidency: B2B Work Location: Eco Berrini/SP Lead the SMB Fixed portfolio growth strategy, driving acquisition, commercial coverage expansion, fiber penetration, and evolution of connectivity solutions, ensuring sustainable and profitable business growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the growth of SMB fixed connectivity offerings; * Develop strategies to accelerate Net Fiber Gain; * Define commercial campaigns and demand-generation initiatives; * Collaborate with Product, Engineering, CRM, and Channel teams to accelerate fiber penetration; * Develop plans to increase adoption of value-added services and bundled offerings; * Monitor competition and market trends; * Identify regional and segment-specific growth opportunities; * Continuously optimize the acquisition funnel. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred. * Experience in Growth, Strategic Marketing, Go-to-Market, or Commercial Management. * Strong analytical capability and data orientation. * Experience in portfolio management or telecom is a plus. * Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented profile. * Ability to lead cross-functional projects. **Additional Information** Here’s what we offer you: At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees.
