Job Summary: Work as an Optical Network Assistant, responsible for preparing and laying optical cables, performing maintenance and repairs, and correctly using protective equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Work on optical cable preparation and laying 2. Perform maintenance activities and minor repairs 3. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE) ### **Responsibilities** Profile to work as an Optical Network Assistant. Prepare optical cables and correctly use materials and equipment required for network installation tasks. Support maintenance activities and perform minor repairs on sidewalks and public roads. Support optical cable laying, cable identification, inspections, and preventive maintenance. Properly use CPEs (collective protective equipment) and PPEs (personal protective equipment) required to carry out assigned tasks. ### **Education** High school diploma preferred ### **Additional Requirements** Valid Brazilian driver’s license, category B ### **Behavioral Competencies** Algar Culture and Values, Customer-Centric Approach, Results Orientation, Future Building, Digital Orientation, Agile Decision-Making, Social and Collaborative Interaction ### **Technical Competencies** Support maintenance activities and perform minor repairs on sidewalks and public roads.
