If you have knowledge of the dynamics and particularities of the Retail, POS (Point of Sale), and Food Service segments, **now is your time to shine**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deliver features end-to-end: understanding specifications, development, quality assurance, and production stability. * Coordinate deliveries involving multiple teams, ensuring integration and overall functionality. * Work toward high-level objectives by planning, organizing, and executing the path to delivery. * Autonomous design of scalable, cost-optimized solutions without unnecessary complexity. * Production of clean, maintainable, and consistently high-quality code. * Pragmatic architectural decision-making, avoiding future problems. * Ensuring alignment between documented specifications and implementation. * Critical stance toward specifications that lack technical sense, fail to meet intended goals, or present more efficient alternatives. * Continuous alignment with expected feature outcomes. * Technical leadership and team development * Elevating technical proficiency through code reviews, mentoring, and dissemination of best practices. * Identifying technical skill gaps, guiding improvement, and, when necessary, flagging the need for replacement. * Mandatory use of AI agents (Claude Code) as productivity multipliers. * Proficiency in CI/CD practices, automated testing, and production monitoring. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking). * Solid experience in software architecture, REST APIs, microservices, and integrations. * Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language and openness to working with * Python and JavaScript. * In-depth knowledge of relational databases: modeling, indexing, execution plans, joins, and performance analysis. Fundamentals matter more than specific tools. * Strong computer science foundation: data structures, algorithmic complexity, and trade-off analysis. * Knowledge of networks and protocols: HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, TCP/IP, sockets, TLS. * Concepts of distributed systems: CAP theorem, eventual consistency, partitioning, resilience, and fault tolerance. * Experience with Git, GitHub, and DevOps and CI/CD practices. * Knowledge of agile methodologies, quality assurance, and information security. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience with Food Service and POS solutions. * Experience integrating legacy systems and migrating to cloud environments. * Practical experience applying AI to development workflows and digital products. **Additional Information** **Benefits: Caring for you and your growth** **Meal allowance**: BRL 704.00 per month; **Life insurance**: fully covered by the company **Health insurance**: 70% covered by the company based on employee’s age; for dependents under the Health Plan, 100% paid by the employee, according to age. **Dental insurance**: fully covered by the company. **Transportation voucher (VT)**: provided as needed (deducted up to 6% of salary); **Birthday gift card** (freely usable balance). **Join a team that values your talent and potential in every way!** Come transform the restaurant service experience across Brazil with us.
