




Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Distribution Systems Service Technician to perform electrical testing, configuration, and maintenance on low- and medium-voltage electrical panels and circuit breakers. Key Highlights: 1. Perform electrical tests on low- and medium-voltage panels and equipment. 2. Configure protection relays and perform maintenance. 3. Supervise panel assembly, startup, and commissioning. Job Description: We are looking for an Electrical Distribution Systems Service Technician with a primary focus on low- and medium-voltage electrical panels and circuit breakers. **Your primary mission** is to carry out service activities internally and/or on-site to perform electrical tests on electrical panels and low- and medium-voltage electrical equipment, and configure protection relays to ensure equipment performance and enhance customer experience. **Responsibilities:** * *Assembly supervision*: Monitor customer-side assembly, verify coupling details, connections, and torque values to ensure proper operation of low- and medium-voltage electrical panels and associated devices. * *Startup and commissioning*: Conduct overall verification of low- and medium-voltage electrical panels and associated devices, oversee commissioning and startup to guarantee correct system operation, system check and performance, as well as configuration of integrated devices. * Supervision of assembly, startup, standard Schneider commissioning, assisted operation, retrofitting, preventive and corrective maintenance of protection relays and communication networks and their protocols—primarily IEC 61850, Ethernet, Modbus, etc. * *Protection relay retrofitting*: Understand engineering solutions and collaborate in teams to ensure successful implementation, including configuration details (settings and logic creation), testing (curve tracing, I/O), and field equipment handling, ensuring high-quality execution. * *Preventive maintenance*: Perform dedicated maintenance services for Schneider products, electrical panels, circuit breakers, and protection relays; use test equipment and prepare technical reports. * *Safety*: Always wear required PPE when necessary and maintain this as a standard presentation to customers during field activities, safeguarding your own safety and that of your team members. * *Key interactions*: Operations leader, field service representatives, service coordinators, quality teams. (External) Brazilian Portuguese Qualifications: **Requirements:** * **Proven experience** in field service, engineering, technical support, or quality teams working with **low- and medium-voltage electrical panels and equipment.** * Knowledge of electrical test equipment (Hi-pot, Megohmmeter, Micro-ohmmeter, Current Sources, TTR, Micro-ohmmeter). * Engineering degree or Technical Diploma. * Willingness to travel across the national territory. * Availability to respond to calls and provide 24x7 support to the field team. * Management and communication skills are advantageous. * Teamwork orientation. * Proficiency in MS Office suite. * Willingness to work offshore. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Location:** Cajamar \- SP **Tell us more about you!
