Then this role is for you. We are seeking a leader with real-world entrepreneurial experience, portfolio vision, and analytical discipline to structure, operate, and evolve Link Labs. Your role will be to transform Link’s innovation lab into an extracurricular platform with a clear value proposition, an active entrepreneurial community, a connected ecosystem, and metrics that demonstrate tangible impact. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** Strategy and design of Link Labs: * Define Link Labs’ value proposition for different student profiles * Organize engagement pathways, formats, and journeys * Prioritize initiatives with the highest potential impact, using objective criteria and data-driven insights * Transform Link Labs into a portfolio-based platform with continuous evolution Innovation in programs and experiences: * Create and curate experiences (talks, workshops, panel discussions, labs, group mentorships, thematic meetups, and programs) * Introduce emerging topics, tools, case studies, and relevant methodologies * Bridge theory and practice by connecting extracurricular activities with students’ startups, projects, and careers * Test new formats and rapidly iterate based on participation, feedback, and outcomes Entrepreneurial community and culture of give-back: * Build a business funnel for members of the entrepreneurial community (ideation and validation) * Support and accompany businesses launched or scaled within the communities * Strengthen ties between alumni founders and Link through structured give-back initiatives (in partnership with the Head of Alumni) * Ensure meaningful intersections between the internal student community and the entrepreneurial community Ecosystem, partnerships, and networking: * Develop relationships with founders, investors, operators, experts, alumni, and partners * Connect Link Labs with startups, accelerators, venture funds, and relevant ecosystem communities * Enable practical opportunities for students (exchanges, immersions, connections, job openings, market experiences) * Build a partner network that increases program density and legitimacy Analytical portfolio and metrics management: * Define, together with leadership, Link Labs’ key metrics (engagement, value, and impact) * Establish data collection mechanisms (post-event surveys, attendance data, NPS, qualitative listening, interviews) * Build and maintain a monthly dashboard tracking Link Labs initiatives * Lead quarterly portfolio review meetings with documented decisions (continue / scale / adjust / discontinue) * Identify patterns in retention, engagement by profile, topics, and friction points * Cross-reference Link Labs data with Mentoring and Community data * Deliver monthly metrics reports to the Head of Student Affairs * Present semester results, learnings, and roadmap to institutional leadership * Provide asynchronous weekly updates on the three top-priority metrics for the week **What you need to have:** * 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in entrepreneurship, innovation, venture capital, accelerators, or business communities * Experience designing and operating programs or communities * Proficiency in using data and metrics to inform decisions * Familiarity with dashboard tools * Prior people leadership experience * Autonomy, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to influence without formal authority **Ready to embark on an impactful journey with us?** Apply now and help transform education with Link.
