Additionally, you will manage and support a cleaning team, delivering ongoing guidance and training to ensure team members stay updated on best practices and cleaning procedures. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience in cleaning roles, preferably with leadership experience. * Leadership skills to manage teams, delegate tasks, and maintain team morale. * Organizational and planning abilities to efficiently schedule cleaning activities. * Clear communication skills, both for delivering instructions and interacting with the team and clients. * Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques, including proper use of equipment and supplies. * Time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed within established deadlines. * Problem-solving skills to address unexpected issues during operations. * Commitment to workplace safety and hygiene standards.
