This person will be responsible for ensuring technical excellence, efficient system integration, and delivery of solutions that promote comfort, safety, and energy efficiency. **Responsibilities** * Technically lead BMS projects from conception to final delivery. * Support the PM (Project Manager) in planning, developing, and implementing the CPP (Customer Project Process) strategy; * Develop and review control, communication, and integration architectures with HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), lighting, security, and power systems. * Organize and conduct Workstatement meetings; * Coordinate FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) activities. * Interact with customers, suppliers, and partners for technical alignment. * Support the proposal team in defining scope and technical estimates. * Ensure compliance with technical standards, internal standards, and customer requirements. (External) Brazilian Portuguese Qualifications: **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Proven experience in BMS system design and implementation. * Knowledge of protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX, DALI, MQTT, RESTful APIs, OPC UA, SNMP, and IEC61850 standard, as well as computer networks and protocols such as RSTP, MRP, PRP, HSR, etc., and ISA/IEC 62443 standards. * Proficiency in IT technologies including ETHERNET networks, TCP/IP and VLANs, cybersecurity, Windows and Linux operating systems, virtualization, and cloud computing. * Proficiency in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, etc.) and supervision platforms (e.g., EcoStruxure™ Building Operation Software). * Technical English (fluency preferred). **Desired Profile** * Technical leadership and multidisciplinary coordination capability. * Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ability to work collaboratively in teams. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
