Adjust process parameters, including temperature, pressure, timing, and parison programming. Monitor productivity, cycle time, and scrap indicators. Develop process improvements and waste reduction initiatives. Support new product development and trial runs. Analyze and resolve non-conformities. Train operators and assistants. Ensure standardization of setups and processes. Monitor quality tests and validations. Previous experience as a Process Analyst, Process Improvement Specialist, Process Coordinator, or Process Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
