




Job Summary: The professional will conduct artistic and therapeutic workshops, offering psychopedagogical support and specialized follow-up to students with learning difficulties and disorders, promoting their holistic development. Promoting the holistic development of children and adolescents Description: * Completed high school; * Preferably currently enrolled in undergraduate studies in Artistic Workshops; * Knowledge and training in Artistic Workshops for conducting educational and recreational activities; * Required experience in art therapy workshops, such as theater, music, dance, and visual arts; * Required familiarity with conflict mediation and active listening. * Address individual or group cases of higher complexity referred by MOBILE TEAMS; * Support MOBILE TEAMS and SME teams in serving STUDENTS experiencing severe impairments in the schooling process and development; * Provide specialized support to children and adolescents presenting significant difficulties in learning and development processes; * Contribute to the care and protection of STUDENTS diagnosed with dyslexia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), or other learning disorders, aiming at their holistic development, supported by the local SOCIAL PROTECTION NETWORKS; * Assist MOBILE TEAMS and SME teams in addressing the specific needs of STUDENTS experiencing psychological distress; * Maintain updated records of STUDENT follow-up in the information system designated by SME; * Participate in STUDENT intake, performing active listening and initial assessment, risk classification, vulnerability assessment, information gathering, identification of care intervention needs, and delivering humanized service; * Ensure intersectoral communication to promote comprehensive care for STUDENTS; * Participate in team meetings to enable multidisciplinary student support; * Participate in training activities defined by SME; * Coordinate with MOBILE TEAMS, NAAPA COORDINATOR, and other NAAPA and SME professionals operating in the territory, establishing case study schedules and feedback mechanisms; * Plan educational, recreational, and creative activities considering children’s and adolescents’ ages, interests, and needs; * Develop pedagogical materials and resources for workshops, adapting\-them for different age groups and levels of comprehension; * Conduct workshops dynamically and engagingly, fostering participant engagement and learning; * Collaborate with other multidisciplinary ATELIÊ DO CEU team members to integrate diverse approaches and expertise into activities; * Encourage individual and collective expression, valuing creativity and cultivating an environment where children and adolescents feel free to express themselves; * Assist in mediating conflicts arising during activities, promoting communication and mutual respect among participants; * Create opportunities for developing empathy, teamwork, problem-solving, and self-expression; * Participate in capacity-building and training activities defined by SPDM and SME, aiming at professional development and institutional alignment \- (ATELIÊ/MOBILE TEAM); * Maintain absolute professional confidentiality regarding all student information and contexts served, adhering to ethical principles of the profession and institutional regulations to ensure confidentiality, respect for privacy, and protection of sensitive data; * Operate within territorial Ateliês through face-to-face services, meetings with school teams, and student follow-up, ensuring direct, continuous, and contextually aligned psychopedagogical support; * Perform other duties relevant to the position, as required or at the discretion of the immediate supervisor, to ensure flexibility and responsiveness to emerging institutional needs. 2511210202471851994
