If you seek challenges, value ethics and respect, possess an owner’s mindset, and believe that together we are stronger, **join Caedu!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your activities be?** * **Translate global trends into results** * Interpret international runway and fashion market trends, conduct research and travel to key industry hubs, transforming insights into commercially viable and profitable products. * **Plan and coordinate collections** * Lead integrated collection development, ensuring a balanced mix of trends, staple items, and sales performance. * **Strategically contribute to line development** * Actively participate in pre\-line, line, and mega line planning, contributing ideas, forecasts, and direction aligned with company strategy. * **Monitor in-store performance** * Conduct frequent store visits to analyze sell\-out, product acceptance, and improvement opportunities, adjusting the collection based on real-world results. * **Monitor market and competition** * Analyze competitors’ strategies, identify trends and opportunities to strengthen brand positioning. * **Lead and develop the style team** * Coordinate the team, ensuring task execution, deadline adherence, and continuous professional development. * **Manage timelines and deliverables** * Track schedules, trips, and all stages of the creative process, ensuring fluidity and alignment with strategic planning. * **Lead fashion campaigns and collection materials** * Structure fashion campaigns, overseeing product selection, catalog and photo production, ensuring consistency with brand direction. * **Validate products and imports** * Approve, in collaboration with relevant departments, items to be imported, ensuring alignment with trends and commercial potential. * **Develop talent and culture** * Drive team evolution through training, evaluations, internal mobility, and strengthening engagement and performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Must-have qualifications:** **Academic background** Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Fashion Business **Relevant experience** Experience in fashion retail Experience in collection development and team leadership **Technical skills** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of CorelDRAW and Photoshop Solid experience in collection development and textile technology Business acumen, scenario analysis, and results orientation Ability to collaborate cross-functionally **Languages** Fluent English **Additional Information** **What do we offer?** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher Profit Sharing (per internal policy) Birthday Day Off Caedu Product Discount Educational Partnerships SESC Membership Pharmacy Partnership Gympass Telemedicine Better Motherhood Program – Support throughout the most special period in our mothers’ lives.
