This professional will support the creation of interactive teaching materials, structure courses within virtual learning environments, and ensure pedagogical quality, innovation, and alignment with institutional guidelines. Education **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and structure digital educational content based on instructional design principles * Create visual and interactive resources (banners, infographics, presentations, multimedia elements) for distance learning courses * Organize and standardize course layouts within the virtual learning environment (LMS) * Perform maintenance and adjustments on HTML pages of educational materials * Develop manuals, tutorials, and support materials for internal users * Address and resolve requests related to content production and updates Support the organization of internal training sessions and dissemination of best practices. * **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Degree in Information Technology, Communication, Design, Educational Technology, or related fields (completed or in progress); * Knowledge of Instructional Design and Distance Education; * Experience in producing digital educational content. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in a Distance Education Unit or educational areas; * Familiarity with active learning methodologies and user experience (UX) in education; * Experience in academic content curation; * Experience in producing institutional materials and educational visual identity. **Desired Technical Skills:** * Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, among others) * Genially * HTML (basic/intermediate) * LMS (Virtual Learning Environments, such as Level Up or similar) * Notebook LM * AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) * Creation of visual and interactive resources for education **Additional Information** **Salary:** Competitive with market standards. * **Medical insurance** fully covered by FMU; * **Dental insurance**, optional; * **Life insurance**; * **Transportation allowance**; * **Meal allowance**; * **TotalPass**; * Two **full scholarships** for undergraduate and graduate programs. **Work Location: Liberdade Campus** **Work Mode:** 100% in-person **Working Hours:** Business hours **Schedule:** Monday to Friday Our purpose is bold: **to become the world’s first EdTech university!** Moreover, we aim to be a benchmark in Brazil and in the real economy, impacting the lives of **1 million students** through innovative and accessible education.
