Join us in living the new! **ATTENTION: AXIA Energia does not charge fees for tests, exams, or participation in the selection process.** **Responsibilities and Duties*** Transforming data into actionable insights: Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses that generate clear recommendations for commercial, strategic, and planning decisions. * Ensuring delivery quality: Review and support the team’s material production, ensuring coherence, clarity, methodological consistency, and alignment with project objectives. * Managing rituals and governance: Design and lead follow-up rituals: defining agendas, appropriate participants, meeting protocols, time management, and tracking action items. * Data Translation: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business areas: translate complex analyses into accessible language for leadership, and convert strategic requirements into clear instructions for the technical team. * Executive communication: Build and present high-level materials for executive managers, directors, vice presidents, and the CEO, including weekly and monthly reports. * Managing deadlines and deliverables: Be accountable for agreed-upon deadlines and scope with leadership, ensuring cadence, quality, and an integrated project vision. * Supporting commercial transformation projects: Support the implementation of commercial strategies, integrating planning, governance, and project management to drive growth and efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Advanced Excel (mandatory) * Advanced PowerPoint, with expertise in executive structuring and storytelling (mandatory) * Strong analytical reasoning and synthesis capability * Clarity and assertiveness in communication * Ability to structure problems and create narratives that drive decisions * Organization, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple workflows ### **Differentiators That Make a Difference** * Knowledge of **Python** and **analytics** tools * Experience in the electric power sector or data-intensive markets * Experience with commercial strategy, pricing, planning, or transformation projects * Familiarity with data governance, modeling, BI, or machine learning **Additional Information** **Benefits:** At AXIA Energia, the well-being and quality of life of our people fuel the energy that drives us.
