More than joining a major company, you will be part of a team committed to excellence, working with purpose and always seeking positive impact for both business and people. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform monthly billing of **Group Life** insurance policies, considering inclusions, exclusions, and life movements. * Analyze and validate Excel billing spreadsheets, identifying inconsistencies and discrepancies. * Monitor registration changes affecting policy billing. * Engage with brokers, sales, collections, and technical teams to guide and resolve requests. * Strictly comply with established processes, rules, and operational authority levels. * Ensure quality, accuracy, and focus in a high-volume operational environment. * Provide operational support via internal systems, portals, and digital channels. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Prior knowledge or experience in **Group Life insurance**. * Experience in policy billing, movement control, and operational routines. * Analytical profile, with attention to detail, concentration, and discipline for repetitive, high-volume tasks. **Additional Information** Our Tokio Way of Being reinforces a culture that values who you truly are!
