Job Summary: We are seeking a Training Instructor to train outsourced cleaning and security teams, covering procedures, safety, and equipment handling. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on safety standards and correct equipment usage OPPORTUNITY: TRAINING INSTRUCTOR (FACILITIES COMPANY - CLEANING AND SECURITY) SALARY: TO BE AGREED SCHEDULE: 5X2 - MONDAY TO THURSDAY 08:00 TO 18:00 AND FRIDAY 08:00 TO 18:00 BENEFITS: MEAL VOUCHER: BRL 37.00/DAY; FOOD VOUCHER: BRL 174.00/MONTH; TRANSPORTATION VOUCHER PAID IN CASH; MEDICAL AND DENTAL PLAN (OPTIONAL); COMPANY CAR FOR TRAVEL BETWEEN WORK SITES; WELLHUB (FORMERLY GYMPASS); KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct theoretical and practical training for outsourced teams (cleaning and security); Instruct on cleaning, disinfection, and hygiene techniques tailored to different types of environments. Train on proper handling, dilution, and operation of chemical products and machinery such as floor scrubbers, burnishers, etc. Train teams on safety standards (PPE/collective protective equipment), accident prevention, and company technical standards. Develop manuals, teaching materials, theoretical and practical activities, and performance evaluations. Conduct onboarding training for new operational staff. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Practical experience in facilities areas (cleaning, maintenance, security, reception). Ability to deliver training to diverse audiences. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, building maintenance equipment, and technical standards. Completed high school education or related technical fields (safety, cleaning, etc.). INSTRUCTION FOCUS AREAS - RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUMS: * Cleaning and Maintenance, and Glass Cleaning; * Access Control/Security; * Building Maintenance and Electrical/Mechanical Building Maintenance; * Receptionist and Service Reception. * Landscaping and Garden Design.
