We are hiring an Operational Supervisor of Security and Facilities Supervise operational and administrative activities related to security and asset protection, promoting necessary actions to ensure service quality. Manage and supervise services that maintain a functional and efficient work environment, including coordination of Facilities teams. Monitor team and service provider performance, control contracts, plan maintenance activities, optimize resource utilization, and contribute to a safe and comfortable environment. Coordinate security personnel across company units, as well as teams in maintenance, cleaning, reception, and security, ensuring service quality. Develop and manage work schedules and attendance at assigned posts; ensure compliance with legal requirements for private security; ensure compliance with physical security and asset protection standards. Operational knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures. Monitor building maintenance activities (corrective, preventive, and predictive), ensuring proper functioning of the company’s infrastructure and equipment. Support planning of renovations, landscaping projects, and other initiatives aimed at improving infrastructure and corporate processes. Manage contracts with suppliers and third-party service providers, evaluating performance and negotiating timelines and terms to optimize costs. Supervise staff personal appearance and adherence to established procedures. Preference for candidates residing in Jundiaí. Salary: To be negotiated. Immediate start.
