Management of cleaning and security staff Position: Building Custodian – Immediate Start Company: Grupo Ello Serviços Work Location: Rua Alessandro Alberti, 236 \- Jardim Celeste Responsibilities: Electrical and hydraulic maintenance, minor painting and masonry repairs. Swimming pool cleaning and maintenance required. Knowledge of condominium management systems. Management of cleaning and security staff. High-end condominium located in the southern zone. Compensation: R$2351,12 \+ additional function allowance R$470,22 Benefits: Meal voucher (VR) of R$21,80 per day \+ food allowance (VA) of R$151,91 \+ round-trip transportation voucher (VT) per day Attendance Bonus: R$315,00 Working Hours: 6x1 schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 Saturdays: from 08:00 to 12:00 Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher
