Job Summary: We are seeking a Compliance professional to work on the Integrity Program, with a focus on corporate investigations and handling reports from the Confidential Channel. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a Compliance professional to directly support the pillars of the Integrity Program, with greater emphasis on the Confidential Channel (corporate investigations)! If you identify with our values and objectives, join us and participate in the consolidation and history of Brazil’s largest independent optical fiber company! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle reports received through the Alloha Group’s Confidential Channel. * Lead corporate investigations directly, as well as coordinate and oversee actions carried out by partner departments, aiming for timely conclusion and recommendation/implementation of improvements and corrective actions in accordance with the defined SLA. * Assist and support the execution of the Alloha Group’s Integrity Program activities, such as: development and delivery of training; creation and dissemination of communications; drafting and reviewing policies and procedures; implementation of controls through process mapping and identification of vulnerabilities; conducting reputational due diligence. * Develop metrics, presentations, materials, and perform occasional administrative tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Knowledge and experience in Compliance, Governance, and Risk Management. * Strong experience in corporate investigations, including identifying patterns and behaviors and analyzing evidence supporting investigation conclusions; * In-depth knowledge of data cross-referencing, analytics, and information processing. * Familiarity with national and international Compliance and Risk Management standards and frameworks, such as ISO 27001, 27701, LGPD, PCI, ITIL, CIS Controls, COBIT, among others; * Microsoft Office suite (minimum: advanced level); * Proficiency in formalization routines, organization, and attention to detail; * Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; * Resilient profile, hands-on approach, high energy, and negotiation skills. Desirable Knowledge: * IT knowledge, especially forensic tools and related areas; * Specialization in Compliance or Internal Controls; * Familiarity with management systems, KPIs, and project management; * Knowledge of process analysis and design; * Proficiency in other data tools to deepen analysis as needed (e.g., Python, Power BI, SQL); * Experience in communication and education programs aimed at cultural transformation.
