Work model: Hybrid \- 3 days on-site Unit: Osasco \- SP **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** As a Cyber Security Engineer II, you will work within the AI Security Management team, with primary responsibilities including: * Ensuring AI solution security across the entire lifecycle—including development, deployment, operation, and monitoring; * Implementing and enhancing multi-layered security controls for AI systems, covering prompt and user/system interaction layers, data layer, inference layer, execution layer, and agent layer; * Supporting protection of AI models, agents, and agentic architectures—including autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and copilots; * Defining and implementing AI-specific security rules, policies, and technical controls (e.g., DLP, network security, application security, identity management, runtime protection, and data protection); * Monitoring and detecting AI-related risks and incidents by integrating security signals from cloud platforms, applications, and AI solutions; * Collaborating with SOC, Cloud Security, Engineering, Architecture, and Risk teams to translate AI threats into actionable technical controls; * Supporting AI-related incident response processes—including failure analysis, model abuse, unauthorized data usage, and unexpected agent behavior; * Contributing to defining organizational standards, best practices, and Security for AI strategies. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Prior experience in Information Security, security operations (SOC, Blue Team, Threat Hunting), or related fields, with hands-on experience in corporate environments; * Knowledge of GenAI-based solutions, LLMs, and architectures such as RAG, plus familiarity with data protection, AI pipeline security, and security controls applied to AI services; * Experience implementing multi-layered security controls—such as DLP, Application Security, Network Security, Identity Management, API protection, LLM Firewall mechanisms, AI Detection and Response, and runtime monitoring; * Knowledge of cloud architectures (Azure, GCP, or AWS), including protection of assets, services, and workloads used by AI solutions—such as Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry, and AWS Bedrock; * Familiarity with AI Security frameworks and best practices—including OWASP, MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF—as well as concepts like guardrails, model protection, and security for agentic architectures. **What We Offer** At Bradesco, we value health and well-being, offering an extensive portfolio of benefits to all our employees: * PLR or Bonus: Based on role eligibility\* * Medical Plan * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Food Allowance * Meal Voucher * 13th Food Basket * Total Pass * Transportation Voucher (optional enrollment) * Discounts on products and services from partner companies * Private Pension Plan (optional enrollment, with financial contribution from Bradesco Organization) * Viva Bem Bradesco: Health, well-being, and quality-of-life program * Unibrad: Bradesco Corporate University * Fee Waivers: Special conditions on various products and services * Childcare or Babysitter Assistance * Extended Paternity Leave of 20 days * Maternity Leave of 180 days, with supportive assistance from pregnancy through postpartum
