If you’re passionate about turning connections into opportunities, enjoy creating meaningful digital experiences, and want to soar high with a team that grows alongside you, this role could be your next step! **About the Role – What You’ll Do Here** * Define user journeys, flows, experience maps, and personas; * Create wireframes, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and functional specifications; * Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure feasibility and consistency of solutions; * Actively participate in agile rituals (dailies, plannings, refinements, and reviews); * Ensure consistency of the user experience based on the company’s design system; * Monitor experience metrics (NPS, CSAT, conversion, and engagement) and propose continuous improvements; * Conduct and support user research and usability testing; * Translate user needs into simple, intuitive, and efficient solutions that deliver real value to the product. **What You Need for This Role** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Design, UX/UI, Technology, Communications, or related fields; * Proven experience as a UX Designer (preferably 3+ years); * Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar; * Portfolio featuring case studies demonstrating process, reasoning, and outcomes; * Experience with research methods and usability testing; * Solid knowledge of information architecture, usability heuristics, and accessibility; * Ability to collaborate effectively and clearly communicate design decisions; * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). **What Makes You Stand Out** We seek a collaborative, curious, and results-oriented professional.
